Songs I’ve Sung a Million Times (And Still Love)

Confession time: when you’re a singer, people assume you eventually get sick of certain songs. Like after the 300th time, you just emotionally clock out and sing on autopilot.

Reader, I do not.

There are songs I’ve sung so many times that they feel like old friends — and somehow they still hit me right in the feelings.

❤️ The “I Will Never Get Tired of This” Songs

You know the ones. The first-dance classics. The emotional slow burns. The songs where the room goes quiet and everyone leans in just a bit closer.

They work because:

  • They mean something to someone

  • They carry memories

  • They turn moments into memories (yes, I’m that cheesy and I stand by it)

🕺 And Then There Are the Absolute Floor-Fillers

The ones where:

  • Nan is suddenly unstoppable

  • Shoes come off

  • People scream lyrics slightly out of key (my favourite genre)

Those songs are pure joy. Controlled chaos. A reminder that music isn’t about perfection — it’s about people having the best time possible.

🎵 Why Repetition Isn’t a Bad Thing

Every couple, every party, every crowd brings something new. A glance. A laugh. A teary hug halfway through a chorus.

So no — I don’t get bored. Because it’s never just a song. It’s your song. And that makes all the difference.
